Job Summary
Our Digital Innovation FP&A team is seeking a Senior Manager with strong financial modeling, problem solving and analytical skills whose role is pivotal in supporting the Digital innovation Organization (DIO) to drive innovation as well as financial and operational efficiencies.
The Senior Manager will be a strategic finance leader responsible for driving financial planning, and value realization across major transformation initiatives within DIO and the broader enterprise. This includes both DIO AI enabled programs as well as other DIO operational value streams targeting efficiency, automation, SG&A savings, and productivity uplift across functions.
The role partners with engineering and various cross functional leaders to develop business cases, build advanced financial models, increase financial transparency, and ensure disciplined resource allocation that supports Equinix’s efficiency and transformation agenda.
Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for DIO initiatives, spanning AI programs and broader enterprise Digital transformation work
Build robust financial models (multi scenario, sensitivity, benefits realization) to quantify revenue generation, SG&A efficiencies, cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity gains
Develop investment grade business cases for technology, automation, platform, and process redesign initiatives, using ROI/NPV/IRR/payback methods
Partner with engineering and various cross functional teams to translate roadmaps; AI and other Digital transformation initiatives into accurate financial impacts and execution assumptions
Support value stream owners in defining, validating, and tracking financial benefits tied to automation, workflow optimization, and process redesign
Provide program level variance analysis, forecast updates, and financial risk and opportunity assessments to support execution and leadership decision making
Build and maintain initiative specific dashboards and benefit tracking mechanisms to provide transparency into savings, impact, and value realization
Improve modeling tools, templates, and financial frameworks used across transformation programs to enhance accuracy, scalability, and governance
Deliver executive ready financial insights, scenarios, and recommendations that guide prioritization, tradeoffs, and investment decisions
Act as a strategic finance partner to transformation leaders, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and execution impacts to maximize return on investment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or accounting (CFA, MBA preferred)
8+ years of years of FP&A, corporate finance, strategy, or transformation finance experience
Advanced modeling capability with expertise in scenario modeling, ROI/NPV frameworks, and operational efficiency analysis
Proven ability partnering with engineering, technology, or digital transformation teams
Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and operational inputs into clear financial narratives
Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence cross functional teams
Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / Annual
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 131,000 - 181,000 CAD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
