Job Summary

As an FP&A Sr. Analyst, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and make a significant impact on our finance team. Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner to Sales leaders, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making

• Prepare accurate and timely Opex, Headcount, and Sales Compensation forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business insights

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and assumptions for forecasting and budgeting purposes

• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis, quarterly forecast to forecast changes, whilst identifying and investigating any significant variances

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packs and lead operating review meetings with senior leadership

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the underlying drivers of performance and assist in making informed decisions

• Manage the headcount reconciliation process for given functions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of headcount data

• Lead all finance related headcount reporting for the CSO org whilst collaborating with HR and TA

• Lead the LTM forecasting process for Headcount and Sales Compensation

• Complete purchase order approvals, new headcount approvals, and ensures regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Proven years of experience in finance

• Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management and cross functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Hyperion (PBCS) is a plus
