FP&A Manager, Strategy Finance

Job Summary: The FP&A Manager,  Strategy Finance will be part of a lean and high-impact team. Our team is looking for a strategic finance partner with strong modeling and analytical skills to help the fast-growing business profitability and financial health of core operation products. The individual will be involved in managing and supporting many aspects of the Company’s strategic initiatives and would be responsible for delivering high quality financial and non-financial information to enable key decision making, including those involved in M&A transactions and company-wide transformation initiatives.

This individual will be a key member of the company’s product and growth strategies and, will interact regularly with Corporate Development,  the Transformation Office,  Business Operation Leaders as well as other functions of Finance.

Responsibilities

·Take ownership of and expand upon the analytical capabilities of the Product FP&A team including, developing process and tools to simplify reporting and analysis

·Act as trusted partner to the cross functional business organizations supported Evaluate, and execute a variety of strategic initiatives, including strategic projects, partnerships. acquisitions, and investments

· Provide opportunity evaluation and assessment, business case and modeling review & development

·Cultivate and build strong, productive working relationships with all stakeholders within Finance (e.g., Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Risk, etc.) and outside of Finance (e.g., Transformation Office, Corporate Development, FP&A, Legal, etc.)

·Reviews regular executive and operational report preparation and analysis process for financial and non-financial KPI’s (key performance indicators)

·Influences cross functional leaders to make sound business decisions and works to understand and deliver on those business needs

·Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions

·Assist with other projects, as needed, including Joint Ventures (JVs) and/or divestitures

· Assist with other work-streams within Strategy Finance on an as-needed

Qualifications

· 5+ years experience in forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis & executive level presentations preferred

·Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity

· Hand-on financial modeling skills and business cases development to support investment and business decisions

· Aptitude for numerical analysis, highly analytical with strong modeling skills

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to concisely convey complex details to a broad audience

·Hands-on, can-do attitude, results orientated, highly organized and a team player

·Masters degree preferred
