For Peng Yuan, the opportunity to influence and contribute to the success of the APAC Sales team is what she loves most about working at Equinix. She shares, "One of the things I love the most about working at Equinix is my ability to contribute to the future state of our route-to-market, by designing the methodology and processes. Now, I have the chance to support the strategy of a team and bring it to life. It's the perfect combination of utilizing my expertise and having meaningful interactions with colleagues and stakeholders."

Furthermore, Peng Yuan is energized by Equinix's culture of continuous learning and development. "Contributing to the success of a team and helping them to achieve their goals is what drives me. At Equinix, I have the chance to do that, and it's rewarding," she says.
